Join me for a 4 week online movement class. This class is about feeling GOOD in your body, releasing tension, building support, increasing your mobility and strength. Leaving you ready for your day and your aerial practice.
I’ve been on a long journey with my body through more disciplines and movement modalities than I can list here. Where I’m arriving to now is a place where moving my body isn’t to have a hardcore work out or gain tricks but to FEEL good and supported in the things I enjoy doing. That’s what this class is for, to share with you what I’ve found and learned in the process in hopes it might offer you the same. This is a follow along style of class.
When: Saturdays August 17th, 24h, 31st, & Sept 7th at 10am BST for 60min
Where: Classes will be run via Zoom - replays from the class will be uploaded shortly after. You will have access to the replays for 6 months.
Level: Everyone is welcome, I will offer modifications and progressions to support your needs.
